I contacted Groupon on the week of the 10th of july to make an arrangement for a collection of an item that i had purchased through them. Todate no progressive action has been taken after countless promises. We going into our second month, and im still waiting. I've been sending them numerous emails and calling them from my personal cellphone, to get the matter sorted. Promises have been made to collect the phone week on week. ive been carrying the phone with me in hope that they will eventually give me a good service. To date i am still waiting. only to receive an email asking me about the condition of the phone (almost 2 months later). That phone has been in my personal bag day after day, due to your many collection promises. i am very disappointed in your poor customer service.
