Cellphone Claim

I bought a cellphone on contract at MTN & I insured it with 24 Hour Mobility. The phone then got damaged & I submitted a claim form. I waited a couple of days for the insurance company to get back to me (after they said they would). I then decided to phone them as they never got back to me. They then told me the phone is beyond repairable and they would issue me with a new phone. That was more than a month ago and I still haven't received my new phone yet. Every time I phone them for an update, they give some poor excuse and say someone will phone me back and arrange to deliver my new phone. They NEVER EVER get back to you and Im still waiting for the new phone. Its been more than a month now.
