I got my Samsung Galaxy S3 from FNB, and the day when I picked up the phone Luther the store manager promised me when my phone gets damaged I can just bring in the phone to the same branch where I received my phone and they will send it in for repairs, and it the phone is damaged beyond economical repair or warrenty fault they will replace the phone, and in turn that made me take the phone since I can't go a day without my phone as my income depend on my cellphone, the day when my phone broke I took it to DotFNB in Centurion mall, the service was utterly pathetic, no one could explain how the insurance worked, no one could get hold of any one to explain how it worked, and no one could tell me what to do, I asked for the store manager after sitiing in the store from 9am, for about 6 hours, no manager was there, and the manager (Luther) was phoned, he basically said he never would say anything like that and he won't do anything about my cellphone.

I believe this extremely poor service, and the fact that he was quick to make promises when I got the phone, and when I took the phone back he just could't care less.
