Does MTN have any customer service? A new contract/upgrade signed 3 June with x2 iPhone 5's a 16g & a 32g. NEITHER works incoming & outgoing calls at our home 99% of the time. MANY calls, emails, reference numbers & store visits - all to no avail. Not one call or email (other than automated response) received from MTN to help. I have done all the pushing, following up etc.. I have long reverted to old Blackberry which does work at home. July 11, finally a visit frm Coverage - confirmed no signal problem. July 11, return to the Hillcrest store with 32g Iphone to be advised could take up to 21 days for handset to be checked. That will be almost 2 months paying for a contract and handsets that do not deliver. Refused a contract migration on the iPhone 32g to the same but with a non-Apple handset that does work in my home. Told I will have to wait and could not get an answer if the handset returned and the same problem persists. Holder of 16g mainly resides in another province so not affected to the same degree. Today, tried to contact Masilo Mapaila. No luck but told my call will be escalated to him. I am not holding my breath. Sharon Drummond
