Bought a cellphone on contract from MTN last year. it had 2 year warranty. On the 1st of June 2013 I handed in my phone (HTC ChaCha) for repairs (The cellphone refuses to charge) and was told the expected time of return would be approximately 2 weeks. Three weeks down the line I received the phone back only to discover that the phone itself had not even been received by the repairs company in the first place and still had faults. I sent it back the second time for repairs on the 5th of July, as I write this complaint i still haven't received my cellphone back. Its taken MTN literally over 6 weeks to fix my phone, which I STILL haven't received. This really is quite inconveniencing as I am currently paying for a phone in instalments yet i'm been deprived the use of it!!
