24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
Poor service

My phone has been booked for repairs since the 26th of july 2013. my phone hasnt been repaired, spoken to many agents at your company who are totally incompetent, i email Quentin Pienaar to follow up with my phone he never reponded, spoke to Shamel Meyer who promised to call me back which wasnt done.
24 hr has this 7 working day turnarround time on they websit. i was contacted by palesa on monday who advised that that my fone will done with repairs by the 07 august 2013 and now she denies advising, this is totally poor customer service.
no debt order forgotten by them. and they keep on proving me right year after year.
i waste my time and money busy call you i should sue

i want my phone back before 3 this afternoon or will take feather steps. if my fone isnt with me by then!
i will damage your brand if its the lasting i do. and i dont make empty promises
