I got my Samsung Galaxy S3 in September last year. The battery life was bad since I received it and would not last more than a day.By March it would not charge and I sent it in for repairs. I eventually received it back after 6 weeks and when I tried to charge it it still would not chanrge. When I took it back they tried another charger and it started to charge. They said would provide me with a replacement charger but never did. In July I dropped my phone and the screen no longer displayed anything. I booked it in and it was away for more than 6 weeks. When I go it back they had not repaired anything. The Autopage shop then said I must book it in with Smartlab. I have booked it in with Samrtlab and have sent Autopage insurance the job card and the quote but they did not respond. I then phoned them and asked why my phone was not being repaired. The call centre agent said that they would get back to me. I asked for a reference number because they never phone me back but they said that they coud not give me a reference number and would get back to me but no-one has done so. This week it will be two months since I first booked my phone in for the screen and Autopage is doing nothing
