No Repairs Done due to Conflicting Warranty Dates!

On the 27/01/2013 i had taken my BB in for repairs to the Mtn Store in Ballito Lifestyle centre, at the store the consultant that assisted me stated that the phone is still under Warranty which only ends at the end of March 2013. this was said to me after she had check on the system. I had been told that it would take up to 3-4 weeks.

after countless attempts to contact the store via telephone, on week 3 i received a call from a technical consultant regarding my repairs and was told that the warranty had expired in January.

upon hearing this i visited the store and the consultant that i initially dealt with now posed 4 new dates that my warranty supposedly ended!

after making a fuss about it i was told that it was the end of January and that the phone will be repaired.

week 6 -10/03/2013 visited the same store handling my repairs. and the new consultant that was assisting me told me that the phone was not booked in on the 27/01/2013 but rather on the 05/02/2013. furthermore no repairs had been done. now i am left for a contract that I'm still paying for without a working phone.

This is unacceptable!!!
