I have had a horrible experience with MTN where they just seem to have a dont care attitude when it comes to there consumers. i have had a problem with my S3mini which went for a warranty assesment and a replacement wass ent sent to me 2weeks later after being promised 3days. the replacement was just as faulty and now they cannot send me a different model with me keeing my existing number??? they keep on saying we will get back to you, i keep on waiting & waiting. I call to see whats going on they say sorry sir we will get back to you??? how log should i wait???
