Faulty Prestigio Tablet

I bought the Prestigio Multipad 7" Pro Tablet in November 2012. In January I returned it back as there was an issue wit the lcd screen. Since then I have been waiting well over a month for a replacement model. Andy, from the Glens store has been very helpful in trying to resolve this issue, but with little success. It seems that suppliers dont stock this model anymore. The replacement model, does not have all the features on the model i bought. thus I did not accept it. I cannot understand why a new product like Prestigio appears to have no proper after sales support. A simple swap out in terms of the warranty provided should have been an easy task to do. I seriously question this brand and ask that Musica head office intervene in this matter as I am not a happy customer. If they cannot give me the same model then they cannot give me back an inferior model either. Musica should seriously question whether they are willing to support a product that the supplier cant support either.
