Went in to the Bellville branch to cancel my data contract, filled in the necessary forms and signed. Was told that it could only be cancelled the next month and that final debit order would go off on 1 Oct. On 1 Nov the R149.00 went off again. I phoned the branch this morning (1 Nov) and as I got through to someone at the call center I was put on hold for a long time where after I hung up. This happened twice.
