Cellphone faulty under warranty

I took out a new contract with MTN on the 1/10/12. They gave me a Nokia Asha 302. After 4 weeks the phone
had a software problem in that the phone flashed that the USB was connected but it was not. The dealer at
MTN at the Game Center at Klerksdorp Tel 0184626784 send the phone to the tech dept at MTN, Jhb to get
fixed. They send it back with the same problem. It was send back to them again and after 3 weeks it was send
back with the same problem, nothing was done. It was then send back again for a replacement but they say
they cannot replace it because the warranty paper was not there and send it back again.By the way, all papers
where in the box. It was send back again and after another few weeks they said they cannot swap the phone
for there were scratches on the phone. What thats got to do with a software problem i don, t know. I phoned
the manager of the store Mr Johan Schutte on 0832002368 to complain about this poor service. He said he
will come back to me the same day but never did. I did call him a few times again and left messages on his
voicemail but he never phoned me back again. This is the worst service i ever experienced and they just expect me to pay them.
