Hi i took a contract with vodacom it was a samsung galaxy note 8, the delivery service was just bad, and on top of that i received an incorrect sim, i called and informed the call center and from tuesday till last friday did not receive the sim, now that i want to cancel the contract they are saying that they want to debit my account, how can they when i never use any data, i have been receiving terrible service, vodacom service is just terrible, i demand for a manager to call as i am not happy about the whole situation.
