I WANTED TO TAKE OUT INSURANCE FOR MY MOBILE DEVICE SO I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE PERIOD I HAD TO INSURE FROM DATE OF PURCHASE THE AGENT TOLD ME MY DEVICE SHOULD NOT BE OLDER THAN 30 DAYS.BUT WHEN I WENT TO A VODACOM OUTLET I WAS TOLD I HAD 7 DAYS ONLY AND MY APPLICATION WAS DECLINED.
ASSIST IN THIS REGARD.
