I have been waiting for the Blackberry Q10 to be released so that i could upgrade my contract.
i have upgraded my contract on 03/05/2013 - after upgrading it said that delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days. on the website it says that you can get "next day delivery". on Monday i received an sms saying that the order has been processed and that i should expect delivery at anytime... i called the call center yesterday to follow up and was told that the COURIER COMPANY CAPTURED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY so they will have to process a new order. i asked Angela to contact me so that i can decide if i would like to cancel the upgrade or if delivery would be done Friday (which is today) then i would be happy but she needed to call me to confirm. at 05:30 she calls my husband to tell him that the device will be delivered tomorrow (Friday) - after me giving her my alternate contact number (shows incompetence). when i called in this morning, the lady i spoke to confirmed that Angela said that the device would be delivered today... still waiting and according to the courier company the order has been returned to sender... this is the service you receive for being a loyal customer!!!
