On Wednesday I applied for a Samsung Mini s4 device and followed up on the application Thursday morning and I was informed my application was approved than went through the procedures of setting up and finalizing my contract. Within an hour I received a call from this no. 08227598 and an agent by the name of Collin introduced himself than confirmed my package order and informed me I'll receive my delivery by the next day (Friday - 20 December 2013). I've just called vodacom to follow up on my order and I'm informed I'll only receive my phone by Monday - I'm completely against this as I have plans of leaving the province and have no phone with me, had I been informed yesterday that I was getting my phone by Monday I would have not bothered going through the application process, what's bothering me is that I have plans of leaving for holidays and cannot wait till Monday for the phone.

What kind of service is this? I can't be informed I'm receiving my phone today than suddenly Monday (disregard what time the order cleared or arrived at the courier company). I was misinformed and I'm furious about the outcome.
