Poor Service and not agreeing to terms

On the Monday morning the 28th October I called to upgrade my Blackberry and moved over a Samsung S4 on M contract. I spoke to Ricardo who went through the whole process. As per Vodacom if you call before 12 the phone will arrive the next day which it didn't. When I followed up on the 29th at around 2pm I was informed by Phumzela that contact hasn't been upgraded. She followed the process again. The phone arrived on the 31st November.
I was advised that the Smart M contact will start on the new month which was the 1st November. Today is the first November and my contact is still on Blackberry contact. At the present moment my phone is just a door stopper as I can't make any calls. I spoke to several Vodacom consultants and none of them are able to change the contract to the Smart M package. Very poor service and i'm an very unhappy customer.
