I have been an client of iburst for sometime first time ever I am receiving this type of service. In november my pc got a virus I then contacted iburst request that one of their technical staff could assist me in loading email on laptop in the interim (in and outbound server details) waiting 3 nights for nothing contact on various times logged various queries still nothing. Out of desperation I have not made payment for January hoping that someone would contact me guess what I received an email contacted the accounts departments saying that I am not going to pay for a service I am not receiving and that some needs to contact me what is so difficult. I am now out of desparation logging a complaint on hellopeter and no one is coming back.
