I have been away on holiday from the 26th of September till 8th of October, I come home to put on my computer and check my mail to find that my 1 G 3G card data is already up! My 3G card line was soft logged and I couldn't go on line or work. It has been almost 2 days now as usual waiting for Vodacom to come back to me and to activate my 3G card so I can work and reimburses me my 1G. But I still haven't heard anything and I cannot work at all. I have been with Vodacom now for almost 15 years giving them a huge amount of money EVERY month. And this is the service you get. This is not the only time I have noticed that my data disappears... I have been in the UK and have come back and my data has been gone... not one can use and has access to my 3G card accept me.
I have phoned TWICE to see what is going on... and again waiting. Vodacom is quick to debit your account and take your money but when it comes to customer service... it's
