After I ported from MTN to Vodacom in November 2012, Autopage did not cancel my expired contract and kept billing me up to date. When this was brought to their attention, promises were made to refund me my? R7000 back to me. After a few phone calls and a promised call from the supervisor still no feedback was given and I'm still waiting for my money. Funny enough, when you owe them money it gets deducted immediately but they do not want to give your money back. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service to say the least.
