On the 21 September 2013, my MTN debit order went off and i saw it was more than usual, i called MTN to ask why they billed me more and they said its becaue for the first year of my contract i received 75MB for free but the second half of my contarct i have to pay for it. I said to the consultant that i was not aware of this and would like to cancel the "free" 75MB. She said its fine from the following month it wont reflect and i will not receive it and will not be billed for it. Needless to say 31 October 2013 my MTN debit goes off and i see they still over debited me!
I am so angry at them as this is so negligent of them as i called and canceled this so i do not understand why they still took money for MB i have not received.
I tried calling the call centre number from yesterday, but i hold on for more than 20 minutes with my call not being answered!
