360 hours to solve a 48 hour request

I cancelled my Virgin Mobile contract back in 2011, found out the other day (14th Jan) that the incompetent bunch had listed me on ITC due to me bouncing the 25th debit order beacuse of their incompetence with their billing system. I paid the amount of R199 immediately and the response was that they would send me my clearance letter in 48 hours... well 29th Jan I am still waiting???
