On 28Feb 2013 I paid the outstanding amount of R217.00 and cancelled the contract as I didn't want to upgrade my contract with virgin as for obvious reasons. Today I checked my credit and found that virgin mobile listed me for a slow payer after I have CANCELLED an PAYED up my contract! what is going on! I want this sorted out NOW! I expect a call from someone who is on management level in the morning! as this is! if you wanted R200 more to help pay for some ones salary or EDUCATION you should have just phoned or send a letter! I want this sorted out and this of slow payer removed from my name! I don't know and don't care how you do it! but I want it rectified. I await your call in the morning!
