I have been dreading the day to call Telkom to re-look my packages with regards to calls and my ADSL line. Finally built up the courage to call this morning, expecting the worst based on past experiences. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received this morning. Wilfred who assisted me was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Just wanted to give him the recognition he deserves. Changed my view about the organisation.
