Packet Switched Data Calls

We signed up for a 2 Gigabyte Data Contract with MTN on 5 September 2012, at a fixed fee of R 159 per month. Only a single invoice has thus far been correct and free of suspicous and unsupported charges.
Our January 2013 to May 2013 invoices had a line item called "Content Charges" on it, which totalled R2598.42 (incl. VAT). We were refunded an amount of R2579.
And then the debit order for September 2013 amounted to a whopping R 1756.88. The reason, a new line item called " Packet Switched Data Calls"/PSD calls was added to our invoice from June 2013.
The invoices for June 2013 - September 2013 already shows that we have been charged R 3351.37 (incl. VAT) for PSD Calls. According to the Tygervalley service agent PSD Calls fees kick in once you have exceeded your allowed 2 Gigabyte. The itemised statement that was given to us on 1 October for the period 20 September 2013 - 1 October 2013 shows that we have 1.79 GB remaining, but had ALREADY incurred R 65.91 in PSD Calls. No further explanation has since been offered.
We thus require the following from MTN :
- A full refund of all the PSD Calls levied on our account from June 2013 to date.
- To cancel our contract.
