I found out last week that my account has been changed from capped to uncapped and as of August my line was opened. This was never the case previously. When I reached my 200MB limit I would be capped and would need to buy a data bundle. For whatever reason this changed without my knowing and as of August I have been billed for "Packet Switched Data". No one can explain what this even means and no one has bothered to call me or respond to my query, which I logged last week. I also posted on your Facebook page and was told that someone would contact me... against last week.
I contacted a previous MTN Service consultant who no longer works in the department but who logged another query for me (Ref: USD REQ:2749916). I have STILL not received any calls.
Quick to take our money, slow to deal with upset customers. Typical.
