A month later still no line

I logged a call for a line move at the end of September as I was moving house, after a couple of visits to my new apartment telkom could not find the cable running into the apartment, they then decided that they were going to pull the cable from the flat next door as this was the logical next step to take.

I have been trying to get hold of the Telkom engineer who came out (Mduzi) for more than a week now.
I called the other telkom staff member who came out about 2 weeks ago and he says he will speak to the guys at the office as the Mduzi guy is assigned to the call.

Can someone at Telkom please help get this sorted and I want my line rental for October to be waivered as this has costed me a ton of money having to utilize a 3G connection.

Come on Telkom!!!
