Ordered a cellphone via Cell C direct, received the phone after 7 days as stipulated only to find out that my request of a specific colour has been completely ignored. Called the call centre and have been advised that it will take 14 days to resolve! How can it take 14 days to change out a brand new phone! Asked to speak to a manager and have been transferred randomly to people that dont even deal with contracts! This is really unacceptable, a completely useless service. I might as well have gone into the store and got the phone. If this is going to be the level of service i experiance over the next two years then i honestly dont want to deal with Cell C
