Contract upgrade, rec phn and is not what we agree

After a mnth & half of battling to upgrade at Simmonds str vodafone, i called to upgrade and spoke to Bongi U547436, upgraded to Z10, free bbm texting, top up 135, but must buy data to roam internet. Rec phn Monday 28.10.13, cannot set up phn coz u need to have data available (was not advised of this) tuesday i buy airtime plus data, set phn up. Later the evening BBM goes off??? data is finished, call 082111 speak to keketso, changes BES - BIS cz according to her thats the problem, after an hr call back coz problem is not resolved, speak to Jabulani S3-T4P4P-PKPP3, my package does not according to him stipulate that bbm should be unlimited - 48hr TAT, this is ridiculous, till now i hve not rec a call back with a response, i cannot use my bbm cz of this stupid error, my old sim has been deactivated to accommodate the upgrade so for the past 2 days i hve been disconnected and this is an inconvenience to me n not wat i agreed too. Service i hve been rec is horrific n i wud like the head of vodacom resolve this immediately, because this is not customer service. i refuse to wait for 48hrs fr ths to be investigated / resolved i need this phn operational asap / today not tomorrw..0825693745
