I am trying to call MTN insurance as my handheld device has been renewed and therefore I have to change serial numbers for the insurance I have with MTN. Tried calling 3 times now and stay on hold for 15mins waiting for an operator (please note, up until now I have not spoken to a human being) before I hang up. In not being able to reach insurance I try and reach the branch that told me to call the insurance company. No answer and then it goes to the subscriber I have dialled is not available.
In addition I had to query whether I needed to call them at all. If I had not asked, no one would have told me and my insurance with MTN would have been null and void.
With no contact being possible, how am I supposed to consider MTN a service or even utilise the services offered. I am merely wasting my airtime on the company that I buy it from. Therefore I would like MTN to contact me.
