Dear MTN
I have recently taken out insurance with MTN insurance and now wish to lay a claim. I have continuously tried to contact the MTN insurance call center the past two weeks to process a claim however every time I contact them I end up waiting over half an hour on the line every single time, waiting for an operator and till date I have not been attended to. I pay a premium every month to receive this kind of service? and yet still use my own airtime waiting on the line for an operator to assist me.
I think that is extremely unfair how customers like myself get treated. What is the use of acquiring insurance with MTN if you never ever get attended to or assisted. Please do tell me!
This is immensely frustrating, very costly and extremely time consuming and time that I don't have. I am utterly disappointed with the service of the call center. If I don't hear any response in due course I can assure you that I will have my insurance contract terminated.
