It's the 3rd time I handed my phone in to Vodacom repairs. Again they did not have a suitable loan phone for me. I visited them on the 29/10/2013 again to get a blackberry phone as its needed for all that it is more email service. I asked for the manager and had to wait 20 minutes for him to attend to me. I said to him I know how things work with them (learnt from them with my past experience) and he disputed the fact that they are wrong. I cannot understand how 1time issues are resolved within hours (only because I was). Other times its fine for making us wait and being to. I guess a lot of people know how they at the repair centre work coz my complaints are not the only ones. They provide a pert-ethic service at all times. To thing from the last complaint the service would have been better, in fact it only gets worse. Since when do staff loan their personal mobiles to customers??? They must be very generous. They have a contact number that IS NEVER ANSWERED 4EVERY TIME I CALLED.
