MTN just does not follow up on customer queries, and when you contact the customer care number they tell you the call has been closed. I had to follow up numerous times on my various reference numbers issued; 105372576, 2831040, 2709162. Nobody can give me the information, and the waiting periods in between is just pathetic. I have logged my initial inquiry on 26 September 2013 and still waiting and up until today have received no management call or had any communication with someone with authority. I am of the impression that MTN has no managers or they have a lot of vacant management positions or that they're simply don't care about their customers.
I think my biggest mistake ever was to leave Vodacom for MTN but I have done that because I have shares in this pathetic company, something I think I need to sell of as soon as possible. Even me listing this on Hellopeter doesn't mean I'm going to get a call back from someone with authority, instead I will just be getting one of those computer generated e-mails saying they have responded just for them to close this on their systems.
Please proof me wrong and I will change my complaint to a compliment?
