R1200 for 3 SIM cards???

I wrote to Hellopeter a few days ago regarding Vodacom. https:///vodacom/complaints/ridiculous-charges-1199805. Unfortunately unless you go onto Hellopeter, you get no response thus I had to make another account. I got no feedback about reactivating my SIM so I called regarding the reactivation and was told that I had to pay R285 each for the SIM cards (even though a prepaid SIM is R3???) I asked if I could waive the fee but was told that I cannot get the fee waived as the SIM cards are "Special" SIM cards. I went to the Vodashop to get my lines reactivated. I have already paid Vodacom R7000 this month so ill reactivate only 1 line now and the rest later, but then I'm told, I have to reactive all 3 lines now and cannot do them one by one. Then I was told to pay another R105 PER SIM for the actual SIM card. So the first person who told me that I had to pay R285 for the SIM cards was lying as the R285 has nothing to do with the SIM and is an admin fee. (Which I assume a manager could waive) Can Vodacom explain how a prepaid SIM incl activation costs R3? Yet for contract its R285 and R105 for the SIM? How can they charge R1200 for 3 simcard? This is pure money making.
