I've been with vodacom for over 10 years and have never received such a bad service until recently.
firstly my number was converted to contract without my concern, when i phoned you guys i was told that i have a contract with a company called RMCS. I dont even know who the RMCS is since i did not subscribe with them, i am a vodacom subscriber.
I phoned several times in order for the matter to be fixed, i was assured by a team leader by the name Richard who is based in the JHB fox street call centre that my number will be converted back to prepaid on the 27th October 2013. The problem was only fixed yesterday, I loaded my BIS and was able to connect to enternet without any problems.
about an hour ago i noticed that there was no network on my phone, when i tried to reboot it just read as- SIM NOT PROVISIONED:2
I then phoned you guys again and spoke to Patricia Komando who says she's the call centre manager based in midrand. i was told that my number has been deleted and i need to phone RMCS.
How do you delete my number without my concern?
i don't even know who RMCS is. You as my service provider should resolve this!
