Terrific Marketing - Poor Service

My line has been out of order since last week Thursday. A technician came on Sunday and said the line was fine and that we needed a new instrument. I rushed out and purchased a new one but the problem still persists - it is exactly the same. While he was there, he pulled out the ADSL cabling and linked it incorrectly. Nearly a week later I am in the same predicament. My concern is that my daughter does home-schooling and has now lost almost a full week's work. Exams are looming at the beginning of March. She is unable to access the projects she needs to work on as well as the study material. Apart from the faulty line, I fetched the ADSL at Telkom Direct in Centurion. They did not give me the dongle. I subsequently had to return 3 days later to fetch it. They did not have the 500bytes that comes with the package. I was told they are out of stock and don't know when they will have more in stock. How many more times will I have to stand in the Telkom queue to get finality to the situation. Telkom has marvellous marketing of their products but fall short on actual delivery.
