I cannot explain enough that the Internet is important for work, but my line is always going down, what is going on TELKOM??? why is the ADSL and phone line so unreliable? i want a detailed report as to why my line keeps going down! and what you are going to do in the future to stop this from happening, this needs to be explained as this cannot go on. my line is going down 1-2 times a month, and this is sometimes a week apart, either the phone or the ADSL, yesterday the Internet goes down, but phone works, get home after logging the fault and the phone line is also down now. Last week i get a letter in the post saying telkom was here but nobody was here as we needed to replace a cable, firstly nobody called me to arrange this, i have requested on numerous occasions to call me as we work and are not at home during the day, a person needs to be arranged to open. so Telkom is now responsible for my line down again! Fix it! fix it!!
