Telkom POOR!!! service

So i moved in to a new spot on 1st June 2013, and needed a new Phone ADSL line installed, i called Telkom around the 3rd June 2013 and ordered the line, roughly week later i got a call from telkom stating that they would be installing my line on the 12th June 2013 and this would be an all day appointment, so booked day off from work so line could be installed. came Wednesday i waited till almost mid-day before the Technician got to my place, and he started working. 5min later i was told all that's been done is the line has been pulled through to the house THATS IT, so i asked what about my ADSL and Line Activation, he told me there is nothing he can do as its not his department there are only Faulty Ports available on the Exchange and another Technician has to be booked out to do the work and fix the ports before the line can be connected and activated. today is the 19th June 2013, till now i have still not heard anything from Telkom, no call, no sms, no email NOTHING!!! this service is pathetic, i have night shift work i need to do, and now I'm spending - R450 a week to do my work on a junk 8ta 3G Dongle. this is a waste of money and my time, and im paying for this service.
