At the end of January 2013 I upgraded my phone with MTN Connection (store 27A) at Centurion Mall. They informed me that if anything is wrong with the phone I can to take it to any MTN shop for exchange, as I live in Hoedspruit. The Samsung galaxy 3 was never 100%, it kept on switching off by itself and touch screen was faulty. Within the first week of having the phone I took it to Tzaneen for exchange, but they told me that I need to take it back to the shop where I bought it. Ref for intent to exchange within the first week 1254459.

We only managed to get to Centurion from Hoedspruit in May, and the Centurion shop advised that they will have to repair the phone (even though I had a reference number to show intent for the exchange in the first week). They took the phone in for repair and sms me on 22 May that the phone is back and ready for collection. We drove all the way from Hoedspruit to collect the phone just to find out that the phone is still not working! It is now still in repair and I will have to drive back from Hoedspruit (again) to collect the phone once ready, that is if they can sort out the problem. Still have to use my old phone even though paying for new one!
