My boss went to Namibia over December and he has an I-Phone and the apps updated and the amount for 30 seconds and the amount for 10 seconds is almost the same and his cellphone account came to R30 000.00 something, he asked me to complain everywhere because no human being has R30 000.00 for a cellphone account. They called him back and said ok, he can pay it over 4months, so that is R7500.00 per month it is ridiculous, and the main question they cant answer is: Why did they only stop the account on R30 000.00 and not earlier, and before he went on holiday he went to mtn to stop his account and he was told it cant be done on his contract. This is really madness to expect a customer to pay that amount and not even informing him about the costs.
