Unlawful debiting of bank account

My cellphone broke. I took it in for repairs. When it was returned, my account started to be debited by the small amount of R21 per month. However the small sum, I never signed up for any phonebox service. If my account gets debited without my consent for whatever service without my knowledge I will be broke before the month even started. I have asked Phone Box on a previous occasion to stop debiting my account. They however never responded to this. I expect Phone Box to stop debiting me and refund me for the months they debited my account without my consent.
