I am F*ken angry about the bad customer service my husband received at Standard bank, my husband have a business account with Std bank and in 30 Aug 2011 he made a stop order for an amount of R20 000 once off payment for that month however to our suprise on Fri 30/08/2013 the same amount of that stop order went through his account, he went to his branch and they couldnt assist him to reverse the funds, which went to the other client by error, the consultant phone the other client and he kept making empty promises that he will come to the branch to reverse it back to the owner but up till now nothing happens instead he switches off his cellphone or dont answer it, we are really irritated by the incompetency Std bank, we are considering to close the account with Std bank and go to other competitor banks, be warned out there if u keep your money at the bank next thing you will find it dissapear, i will never recommend std bank to any of my relatives or my friends because of the bad customer service.we cannot run daily to the branch for something that can be resolved urgently, they refused to give my husband a contract which he signed in 2011 for that stop order and they didnt stop it
