Don't waste your own precious time sending a mail to [Email Removed] they don't have the decency or even care enough to bother to respond to your mail. I sent one over 2 weeks ago after having major issues with them and their delivery and I have had no response what so ever. Their call center recommended that I send a mail to [Email Removed]
You will just have to accept that their contract pricing is awesome however they don't care about how bad and shocking their service is.
I have had nothing but bad service since trying to switch to them and it hasn't been worth it for me. I wll rather pay more and have better service from the big operators. I suppose that's what you get from a small fish trying rule a pond that is way to big for it.
