Cell c is the worst company I ever dealt with. I phoned them to pay up my account. they gave me the amount R692.65, I asked is that the full amount, yes they said, I paid the 01/07/13, emailed it to [Email Removed] to stop account. I phoned in the middle of July 13 to find out is everything up to date and my balance must be 0 .00. No they said you owe one month R159.00. I query it. Sight Free Valoyi phoned me, he said he listened to the tel recordings, I do not have to worry they will credit that amount and the account will be0 .00, I owe nothing anymore. Today the 07/08/13 I phoned just to find out is the account zero, because I do not trust Cell C. They told me no I still owe them now R674.26 for a service fee. This is ridiculous, then I paid the account up, then owe one month, they will credit that and now I owe again. When you phone you get put through to 10 people and no-one can help you!!! Now I owe them again, after saying that account will be credited to 0 .00.
