Head of Customer Services leaves customer waiting

I have been having a problem with my Neotel Contract for a while now and i was directed to who i was told was the head of customer services in kzn, Nivar. this guy has been making me wait for him to call me back for weeks on end and several times repeatedly.

he doesnt seem to know what he talks about and insists on false facts after he is proven wrong.
he is an absolute disgrace to customer servicing.

the sad part about this is that this matter will be refered to him to adress when he is the problem.

no one else at neotel seems to be higher than him yet he has no ethics or comunications skills.
it seems that neotel is employing any unexperienced people of the streets to do their work and we the customers have to suffer and be inconvienenced because of them.
