I was promised an upgrade but they did not delive

I did my upgrade last month over the fone. I was told that if I'm not happy with the fone, I should call and the fone will be picked up. I've been calling and calling and I'm promised the cuorier will pick up the fone in de next 3days. It's more than a month now and still the fone hasn't been picked up.
