I had a contract with vodacom and i went to them september for an upgrade, i requested them to look for samsung s4 mini. they said they will come back to me once they got it. Last month they called me to collect it, i told them i cant because i was out of town for exams. they fone is still with them and they have billed me last month and this month too, they billed me for fone that is with them, same fone that i never receive but the billed me. i asked for my money back but they said they cant give it to me because it is the process to pay me back. can you please help me get my money back because i cant pay for something that is not with me and never signed for it or give the authority to deduct money from my account for this fone - My issue hasn't been resolved till this day as Vodacom representative called and promised to come back to me and never did...
