Hi there we have brought a new blackberry 9320 from cna witch is giving us problems now for the past 5 months we did give 2 complains from michelle and bronwyns acc, still no reply from anyone, the phone batery is over heating and vodacome keep on upgrating phone soft ware and thats not the problem with the phone. For the 5 months that i have the phone i only used in 2 months the rest of the time its been in for repairs.im really not happy about the service from vodacome.im still waiting for vodacome to phone me from last week wednesday after the management from cna phoned me back to say the nulo lady from vodacome will call me asap and it never happend. Plrase see if you can help me sort out this problem please im desperate now.
