FROM UPGRADE TO NOT WORKING

I've had issues with my Blackberry Curve which I bought from CNA in Fourways Mall in December 2012, it's a Vodacom phone and I took it to the repair centre at Fourways mall a few months ago and am not sure WHAT they did to my phone as they said I needed a soft ware upgrade but when I collected the phone it had a new screen and new keypad... second warning flag! Since then I"ve called into customer service repeatedly with issues, and gone into the Vodacome stores and they are of no use! I couldn't go on Face book or Twitter, the phone scrolls on its own and I can't check emails - basically it's gone from being a smart phone to "I'm lucky if it rings or my text's come through" thing. I'm honestly FED UP with this thing as I can't rely on it and the fact that it's not working half the time is aggravating. If I could I'd just throw it out the window. but this thing isn't even a year old so I refuse to toss it after paying my hard earned money for it I want a WORKING PHONE VODACOM take this thing back and give me a phone that WORKS!!!
