No delivery, no response, no phone

Hi

I have Oder a new phone for my grandson in stellenbosch and it has been more than a month now and he still has not resieved it. The phone is simply an upgrade of the existing contract rhat I did over Vodacoms website. this after I phoned 21 times and myself and he has went in to vodacom shops multipile times. We keek getting the same respons (u have to phone upgrade direct) but they say phone ram and ram says it is with them but vodacom has not released it yet. I have just got my new bill and i am already paying for the new phone and contract but have still not resived anything.

It has now happend that every time I asked to speak to some one about the problem they cut me off after about 45 min of holding.

I have orderd this phone on the 4 March 2013 and we are still waiting, my grandson has now phone at this moment.

This is not the service that Vodacome promised me.

I am very Dissapointed
